What this tool is
An internal booking tool operated by the company for its staff. Using it means acting for the company: bookings bind the company, not you personally.
Bookings and prices
A held price is only held for the time its countdown states. A booking is placed with the supplier under the terms shown on its rate plan, including its cancellation policy. Where the supplier confirms out of band, the confirmation is recorded by administration and shown on the order.
Credit and settlement
Bookings spend against the credit lines administration grants to agents and accounts. Statements are issued from the billing pages, and settlement follows the company's agreement with the supplier.
Changes to these terms
These terms change with the tool. The date of any change is recorded in the tool's change history, not on this page.
